Mark Hafkin, never doubt Sturhling, am quite sure your issue will be addressed and sorted out. I also had an issue and was resolved instantly by Sturhling by sending a new part. Just send an email to [****] along with pictures and your issue will be resolved. Thanks again to Sturhling
