Product Questions
Yes. Stührling offers a wide selection of replacement straps and bracelets compatible with your timepiece. Visit the Straps section on our website or contact our support team with your model number for fit recommendations.
Pull the crown to the second position (middle click) and rotate until the correct date appears. Push the crown back when done. Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 1 AM, as the mechanism is mid-cycle and this can cause damage.
Stührling sells direct-to-consumer, eliminating the retail markup that typically inflates watch prices. The MSRP reflects traditional retail pricing; our model allows us to offer the same quality at a significantly lower price point.

An automatic winds itself through the natural motion of your wrist. If it has stopped, unscrew the crown (if applicable) and rotate it clockwise approximately 20–30 times to build sufficient power reserve before wearing.
Turn the crown clockwise slowly and steadily. You'll feel resistance increase as the mainspring tightens — this is normal. Stop when you feel firm resistance to avoid overwinding. Most mechanical watches should be wound once daily.
Many Stührling models feature a screw-down crown for enhanced water resistance. Unscrew it counterclockwise until it releases from the locked position, then gently pull it outward to the desired setting position.
Links can be removed using a spring bar tool or pin punch. Small arrows on the inside of each link indicate which direction to push the pin. We recommend having this done at a local jeweler to avoid scratching the bracelet.
Krysterna is Stührling's proprietary crystal — a mineral crystal with an anti-reflective coating for enhanced clarity. It offers superior aesthetics to standard mineral crystal while providing good scratch resistance at an accessible price.
Water resistance is achieved through gaskets, a sealed case back, and a secured crown working together to create a moisture barrier. The level of protection depends on the quality and thickness of these seals and the pressure rating of the case.
30M — Splash resistant only. 50M — Suitable for swimming. 100M — Suitable for snorkeling and water sports. 200M+ — Suitable for scuba diving. Always verify your model's rating before exposure to water.
No. Gaskets and seals degrade over time, especially with exposure to chemicals, heat, and impact. We recommend having water resistance tested and seals replaced every 1–2 years if you regularly expose your watch to water.
We advise against it. Soap, shampoo, and hot water degrade seals faster and can penetrate gaskets over time. Even with a 100M+ rating, regular shower exposure will shorten the lifespan of water resistance.

Contact our support team immediately. Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are fulfilled and handed to the carrier. Once shipped, we cannot cancel — use our return process upon delivery.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after a successful purchase. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder. You can also view order history in your account.
At checkout, enter your code in the "Discount Code" field and click Apply. The discount will be reflected before payment is processed. Codes are case-sensitive — enter them exactly as provided.
Common reasons: the code has expired, it has already been used (single-use codes), items in your cart are not eligible, or a minimum order requirement hasn't been met. Contact our support team if the issue persists.
Generally, discount codes cannot be combined with existing sale prices. Some codes may have specific terms — check your promotion details or contact us for clarification.
All authentic Stührling watches come with official packaging, a warranty card, and quality documentation. For concerns about secondary market purchases, contact us with the model and serial number.
Yes. At checkout, you can ship to a different address than your billing address. Our packaging is already presentation-ready, arriving in a Stührling gift box.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
No. We do not store credit card information on our servers. All payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors. Your financial details remain fully protected.
We do not currently accept checks or wire transfers for standard orders. For corporate or bulk orders, contact our corporate sales team to discuss payment arrangements.
Our website defaults to USD. Use the currency selector at the bottom of any page to change. Pricing in other currencies is approximate and reflects current exchange rates at the time of purchase.
Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Yes. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. Tracking is also available in your account under Order History.
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Note that expedited shipping options may require a physical street address depending on the carrier.
Standard international shipping to Canada typically takes 7–14 business days. Customs processing may add additional transit time. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These fees are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our pricing.
We sincerely apologize. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will arrange a return label and ship the correct item at no cost to you.
Address changes can only be made before the order is fulfilled. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to update your shipping address.
Returns
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with all original packaging and documentation. Items showing signs of wear or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 days to appear on your statement. Contact us if it's been more than 10 business days.

After Purchase
Warranty & Repairs
Yes. All Stührling timepieces come with a limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Refer to the warranty documentation included with your watch or visit our Warranty & Repairs page for full terms.
Visit the "Register Your Watch" page on our website and complete the form with your purchase details and model information. Registration ensures faster service should you ever need warranty assistance.
For warranty repairs, contact our support team to initiate a service request. For out-of-warranty repairs, you may send your watch to our service center or visit an authorized watchmaker.
Standard quartz batteries can be replaced at most jewelry stores or watch repair shops. If you need the specific battery size for your model, contact our support team with your model number.
For quartz models, the battery may need replacing (typically every 1–3 years). For automatic and mechanical models, the watch may need winding or wearing to rebuild power reserve. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
Extended Coverage
Clyde Protection Plans
Clyde is our extended protection plan provider, offering coverage beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty against mechanical failures and other covered incidents for the duration of the plan.
The plan covers mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use, beyond the manufacturer's warranty period. Specific inclusions vary by plan tier — review the detailed terms at checkout or contact us for a full breakdown.
Accidental damage (drops, water damage beyond the watch's rating), theft, loss, cosmetic wear, and battery replacements are generally not covered. Review the full terms and conditions for a comprehensive exclusion list.
Visit the Clyde portal linked in your plan confirmation email. You'll need your plan number, purchase date, and a description of the issue. Claims are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days.
Yes. The plan can be transferred to a new owner if you sell or gift your watch. Contact Clyde's support to initiate a transfer.
Yes. Cancel within 30 days for a full refund if no claims have been filed. After 30 days, you may receive a prorated refund for the remaining plan period. Contact Clyde directly to initiate a cancellation.
No. The Clyde Protection Plan does not provide coverage for theft or loss. It is focused on mechanical failures and defects beyond the standard warranty period.
