Domestic Shipping

Orders received by 2:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday ship the same business day after fraud review. Friday cutoff is 12:00 p.m.
  • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $99.
  • Orders under $99 are charged a calculated shipping rate at checkout.
  • Domestic orders, including Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii, ship via USPS in approximately 3–7 business days.
  • Tracking is provided once the order has shipped.
  • Expedited and overnight options are available for an additional fee.

Duties & Taxes

Stührling is required to declare the retail value of all items in shipments. Duties, VAT, customs fees, and import taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Free shipping promotions apply to qualifying merchandise totals after discounts and before taxes. Certain exclusions may apply, including promotional items, limited-time offers, or bulk orders.
Returns & Delivery Policy

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or left unclaimed and later returned to us, the original shipping cost plus any VAT or import fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.
