We ship all domestic orders including Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii free via DHL SmartParcel (3-5 business days). You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Expedited and overnight shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout. Free shipping may not be available under certain circumstances (ex. special promotions, combo packs, etc.), in these instances an updated shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

We fulfill and ship orders worldwide via DHL Fedex UPS and USPS. Shipment arrival times vary by country, expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost. Please note that Stührling is required to declare the retail value of all items in shipments, and your shipment may be subject to import fees upon arrival in the destination country. Any cost associated with the refusal of a package will be deducted from a full refund.

• Orders received after 12 PM on Monday through Thursday, will be processed and shipped out the next business day.
• Orders received after 11 AM on Friday, will be processed on the following Monday.
• Orders placed after the shipping cutoff times noted above will result in an extra day added to delivery times.
