Somerset Elite 122 Quartz 38mm Classic

The watch arrived almost 4 weeks from purchase date. It looks good and the box and all looks elegant. The only problem my husband experienced is that the strap keeps on unlocking. Like several times he wears it, it always unlock. There was this one time that he needs to remove it completely because he's riding a motorcycle and it unlocks. That's also the reason he only wears it on several occasion. If you could send another lock, that will be appreciated. The one I purchased for myself, Lady Casatorra Elite 734LM Quartz 29mm Fashion - 734LM.03 Order #696026, just few days from this one, has no problem with strap. Thank you.
