So that you have plenty of time to make sure your purchase is perfect, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all watch and pen orders purchased from Stuhrling.com. If you need to return your order for any reason, we are happy to provide you with an exchange or full refund to your original payment method. All products must be returned in brand new, unworn, and undamaged condition.

If you purchased your Stührling product through a retailer or marketplace, please follow their return policy for refunds.
Duties and Taxes
Please note that Stührling is required to declare the retail value of all items in shipments, and your shipment may be subject to import fees upon arrival in the destination country. Any incurred importation fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is refused or left unclaimed, once the shipment is returned to us, the original shipping cost and any VAT or import fees will be deducted from your refund.
