Received item in nice packaging condition. Equi automatic 44mm looks exactly the same as Executive 3133 44mm, are they the same?

This is the watch I chose, and I could not be happier with my purchase! Not only am I more "grounded," this is a gorgeous watch that matches with just about everything, and I can stare at the little gears turning if (when) I get bored in meetings. 13/10 would recommend.
