Vortex 3989 Quartz 42mm

Excellent watch and terrific value.

This watch has to be at, or the top of my Sturhling collection, i have this, the 4049, the 3916, and 4050, i had the sky navigator 4001 model and still do, however its glass broke (but pretty sure it was my fault, watch itself still works) the 3989 model listed here is very comfortable and seems well built. I have had it for a good 6 months now and it has been accurate, the lume on the hands and markings is good and the screw down crown is nice. The watch itself could be a little bigger say maybe a 44 or 46mm option with this same design would be great, simply due to the bezel being slightly large for the face of the watch overall. But that's really my only complaint about this model, if they offered a 44mm version I'd jump all over buying it.

lovely looking watch,but massive very similar to wearing a dinner plate on your wrist,need something discreet under 40mm.

Will buy a Swiss one soon.

Purchased the green variant of this watch on a whim. There's.. a lot of green here. I love the watch face and dial. Really nice looking watch and really easy to read at a glance. Accurate as well! I set it about 2 weeks ago and it's only gained about half a second.

The green strap is, well.. I think was a bit much for my taste. Actually wound up replacing it with a black one and like it a lot better. :)
