we have a problem...

We ordered 10 watches ...one for each of a group of graduating seniors at University of Delaware on their Lacrosse Team. One of the boys just notified me that his watch is broken. The winding knob on the side has slid out of the body of the watch. What do you suggest we do to fix this?
